Auto / Off settings …
The most common cause of this is problem is that the Auto On/Off timer has been set. This is a particular issue when you are cleaning the brewer and doing a de-scaling of the machine. To change the Auto On/Off function press the button below the Menu and scroll through the list to ensure Off is selected.
