Question:
We received a gift of the Keurig 2.0 and were so excited. After 2 1/2 months it stopped letting water go into the pod. I cleaned as suggested and it worked once and now nothing helps. Where do I send it?
Response:
From what Carol describes it does sound like the brewer has an air pump or solenoid issue in that it is not delivering the heated water from the boiler unit. We had a similar issue from Robin the other day with a fault in one or both of these key components.
The good news for Carol the brewer is still covered by Keurig’s one year warranty and so they will replace the machine free of charge. All they will need is the brewer’s serial number and some personal details so they know where to post the new machine to.
Keurig’s customer service team can be contacted toll-free, on: 1-800-361-5628 (for Canadian residents). For those in the USA their number is: 866‑901‑BREW (866‑901‑2739).

I received a Keurig 2.0 for christmas. I purchased the reusable pod, one for a single cup the other for multi cups or Carafe. They have both worked well until this week. When using the large pod we are getting a “Oops message” that the pod being used wasn’t designed for this model.
When I try to use knockoff k-cups (say Walmart GV brand), my Keurig 2.0 clogs up and acts like the water won’t pump through the cup, it sounds like a dying motor. Does better when I use an authentic k-cup, though, so I can’t believe it’s a pump or motor issue.
