Question:
I have a Keurig 2.0 (literally just pad my credit card bill with this on it). It heats the water but then nothing comes out. I am NOT going to take the machine apart. I have tried a few things but nothing has worked. Looks like all the lines that I can see are clear. Please advise next step to get repair or new unit. Thank you.
Response:
We would agree with Ann, do not attempt a repair on a brand new Keurig. Any such work would invalidate their warranty.
Instead we recommend getting in touch with Keurig and ask for a replacement unit under their one year warranty program. All they need is the machine’s serial number (see our short guide to help with this), so they can check against their database, and they will send out a new machine. They don’t ask for the old one back as it’s too much hassle and cost for them in dealing with defective units.
