Question:
I have only had my machine for a little over a month. I have only used K Cups. The button labelled Keurig will no longer push in as it did. Therefore, the water pump does not start. My model is the K350. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Response:
We are a little late in replying to Judy (sorry), who wrote to us earlier in the week. With a machine of only a month old and this type of failure we would get in touch with Keurig customer service and request a new brewer to be sent out. It’s very fiddly fixing these buttons and any such work would invalidate the one year warranty.
All they require is the machine’s serial number (our guide here can help with this if you are having any problems). No receipt etc is required and don’t worry if you hadn’t had a chance to register the brewer with Keurig as it’s not a requirement of the warranty provisions; although it’s a good idea and something always worth doing.
Keurig’s customer service team can be contacted toll-free, on: 1-800-361-5628 (for Canadian residents). For those in the USA their number is: 866‑901‑BREW (866‑901‑2739).
