Question:
I bought my Keurig back in November 2014; it hasn’t even been a year yet. The water won’t come through to make a cup of coffee. I want to know how to fix it or replace it. It should last longer than a few months. This is not good business.
Response:
We have to agree with Helen, yes the brewer should have lasted a lot longer than the seven or eight months it has. Fortunately for Helen the machine will still be covered by a one year warranty and so a replacement will be provided by Keurig.
We recommend to Helen to call their customer support line on toll-free 1-866-901-BREW (2739). All that will be required is the unit’s serial number and a new machine will be sent out. Keurig generally don’t bother with repairs and if you have ever tried to fix one you can see why. They didn’t build them to last, but instead built them hard to repair.
