My heating light is on constantly and I cannot brew. I followed the suggestions. I cannot get it to work at all. Help! I got it for Christmas 2014.

The problem Denise describes relates to a fault in the brewer’s heating system. Our advice in these cases is to call Keurig and ask for a replacement machine; using the one year warranty that comes with the brewer at time of purchase (or if you have received it as a gift). We believe the warranty should be a lot longer, around three years, but at the moment a year is all that they offer.
Do not worry if you did not register the brewer when you purchased it as this isn’t a requirement of the warranty. However, it is still a good idea as if you ever need to exercise the warranty Keurig already have your details, including the brewer’s serial number (we have a short guide that helps you find this if you are having any trouble).
