Hi, my machine is pouring hot water from the vent into the reservoir, but no water makes it to the K cup into the mug. I have slapped the machine upside down, cleaned the needle holes, and tried every solution to get it to brew. Any other suggestions?

I received my Keurig as a gift about 3 months ago. I don’t have the receipt as it was a gift. Now it stopped brewing a full cup of coffee. I use only Keurig coffee and filtered water I just love the machine and have purchased a couple for friends for their birthday as they love mine; not sure what I should do with this problem … hoping you will be able to help me.

My descale light is on after just a few days from cleaning machine. Vinegar was used in the clean.

How do I get water out of inside the machine? Our water gets slimy and I need to clean it out.

Water does not flow into and through the pod. Water will flow through when there is no pod in the machine. I have cleaned and descaled the brewer.

Hi, I have a Keurig coffee maker (model B70). At first, the water would run back into the reservoir when brewing, but I didn’t feel it to see if it was hot or cold. After a couple of times, the only way it would brew is if I put my finger over the reservoir return tube holes (causing bubbles to come in through the bottom). After a few times doing that, the water coming out of the brewer would not be a full cup and only slightly trickle out. Also, it won’t allow the cup size to change (it’s stuck on the large cup setting). The water coming out of the brewer is always hot. I have de-scaled it and also cleaned the holes out with a paper clip. I’m not sure if this is the solenoid, the air pump or both? Any ideas? Thank you PS – it’s over a year old, so I don’t have a warranty any more.

I have only had my machine for a little over a month. I have only used K Cups. The button labelled Keurig will no longer push in as it did. Therefore, the water pump does not start. My model is the K350. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
