I tried tapping the pump and it still isn’t working. What now?

In this question Caren has tried getting her brewer back into action by performing the Keurig Burp, which unfortunately has not worked.
The next option is to attempt a pump replacement, which isn’t difficult but does take some time and a few dollars. The pumps can be purchased from ebay.com or amazon.com and cost around $20 each. This is certainly a lot less than a replacement brewer or changing brands.
