Have a Keurig 2.0 only about 2 weeks old and today it just started brewing really slow. I tried cleaning it and added more water to the tank but it is still slow.
I think a major problem after two weeks might be a new record for a new 2.0 brewer. A real shame for Deb too, as we really like our K550. But two weeks is shameful.
We recommend to Deb that she get hold of Keurig’s customer service team and ask them to send out a replacement machine. Even if it’s a minor issue, one doesn’t want a machine later on, out of warranty, that goes on to bigger problems. Their toll-free number is 1-866-901-BREW (2739).
We have an article that goes through the fine print of what sits in your warranty, and this can be a useful quick read before calling Keurig.
And we have a recent post which provides some suggestions when chatting with their customer service team, if you have any problems with them. But for a machine of only two weeks and with a fault already … well, it should a short conversation.
Don’t worry about the receipt, all they will need from you is the machine’s serial number. Oh and if they ask you to post back a part of it (sometimes they ask you to post back the K Cup holder), make sure they cover this cost too.
