When ever water is pumped into the coffee maker, water comes out the outlet tube. It makes no difference if the water in the internal reservoir is hot or cold. It seems that the outlet valve is always open. We have tried to clean it (de-scale it) several times. This has not helped. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
