My Keurig has been a problem since day one:
1. The water does not get hot enough – I have to put the cup into the microwave after brewing to get my coffee hot enough.
2. The coffee packets keep getting stuck in the holder. Yes, I get the correct pods for the Keurig I have.
3. Grinds come out of the packets. I believe we got a defective cup coffee maker. It would be wonderful if it worked well, but this one does not! I would ask that you consider replacing it. Thank you!

I have the original Keurig, the first one. It won’t pump water unless I take off the lid and I plug the rubber piece (name unknown) at the top of the water reservoir. Then water bubbles back up through the bottom and it will work. I used to blow air through it and it would work, but no more.

We purchased a Keurig 2.0 last Christmas and have enjoyed it very much. However, this past July, the LCD screen began to get fuzzy and unreadable then when white. We followed the instructions like changing outlets, etc. and it worked once again for a short time. Now it is white once again. Please assist us with this. Thanks.

I have a Keurig 2.0 (literally just pad my credit card bill with this on it). It heats the water but then nothing comes out. I am NOT going to take the machine apart. I have tried a few things but nothing has worked. Looks like all the lines that I can see are clear. Please advise next step to get repair or new unit. Thank you.
